Those type of msgs are made using sms software programs on a pc. I had a message which had stars flashing on my old 3310. Try downloading txt2gsm from the web maybe that program can make flshing txt's. * +

Logomanager allows u 2 make flashing texts . If u want more info go to http://www.funsms.Net using your pc there you will find out everything u want 2 know. Hope my info helps u * +
