Hmm.. Its called software upgradation.You take your phone to the nearest AUTHORIZED NOKIA CARE centre in ur place.Give them ur N3595 phone and ask them for software upgradation..They will be ready to do so and unless ur phone is in WARRANTY it aint gona b free..So be sure to ask regardin d same.They wil take your phone and ask you to collect your phone at a certain time after they finish upgrade. * +

You can also use the oxygen phone software however you need the connection cable and also a good know how .............. * +
