Hello there, what exactly is the difference between this 2 phones and how many colors can be displayed at once? I found a info page on the net and they talk about 4096. Surely this cant be true! My old 7650 has also 4096 colors but the pictures look much better. Why is this ? * +

Dats because of the screen size resolution.. 3510i though 4096 colors has a smaller size of 96*65 where as ur 7650 is bigger.. * +

Its actually an easy thing to overlook i remember for a long time i was downloading the 128 screen apps for my 3595 (united states version of the 3510i) and it didnt fit god that was embarrassing * +

Ok I understand that,but even pictures in 96x65 (3510i native format) look different. The colors look all washed out :-( * +

I agree the colour white looks a bit yellowy on my 3510i and i have 3650 and i have a 3510i wallpaper in my 3650 and it looks better. It could be because 3510i has lcd (liquid crystal display) but 3650(and other s60 like 7650) have tft display * +

Thanks krap ! That makes sens. I did not realize the 3510i has only a lcd display.And that also explaines why the batt. Time is somewhat better on the 3510i.It seems like one cant get something for nothing :) * +

Right basically i have learned that the 3595 or rather the 3510i is a very basic on the brink of but not quite being a smart phone (when i worked for nokia usa this was in development to be the first smart phone but was scr*pped into a the series 40 lot) ill post original specs in a little bit * +
