Try accessing menu shortcut 6-2-8 and you will get Short cut not available.It also appears when you try to access menu shortcut 14.Maybe menu 14 is reserved for network monitor.If you have it installed,say if menu 14 is for it or no.But menu 6-2-8 is for Line for outgoing calls menu.My phone doesnt have it.If you know more about that or how to activate some of these,put it here. * +
