No you don't go to heaven in Islam you go to paradise and in Islam you aren't saved by Grace in the Lord Jesus Christ, you're saved by works and in the NT all works are dead. Islam is same as Judaism. Jesus fulfilled the OT and gave His life for all Mankind. Of you don't believe so then you're calling Him a liar. Islam came 600 years after Jesus.

Qs. Describe the Heavens as a place compared to Paradise? What's common and what's difference?
I have thoughts here but would like to listen to others

Let me say in brief that in Islam it is faith and belief that save the person, not work. Work (worship?) are needed for sure.
But worship without belief will not save the person. Yet, belief without work could save the person.
