It appears to me most people believe in the Hindu version of Karma, they seem to misinterpret it as meaning action and reaction. The word Karma simply means action. Reincarnation is a Hindu idea, rebirth on the other hand is taken as a Buddhist belief. * +

Common sense for me
As it just makes sense
Plus, I don't wanna make a wrong eternal decision

I don't believe in karma.
I don't see any point believing in Reincarnation as it doesn't even matter then

Even pointless being agnostic as there's no benefit in it.

So the selfish decision:
My afterlife
Where I'm still me.. still my current being
Where I know who I am, where I actually came from

Not a nihilist
I dread Oblivion
But still take comfort in it if
I'm wrong
But no loss for believing that there is no Oblivion
Just Eternal Damnation and Eternal bliss and jubilee

There is no wrong eternal decision. If your suffering has a beginning it will have and ending.
Nothing is eternal. The idea of a 'Self' an 'I' is just that..an idea,a concept. Thoughts exist but there is no thinker experiencing them. * +

So we're just a nothing then? Lol.gif

I like that Egg concept

So beautiful but kinda made up.

We are everything.
I am you, you are I.
I was h*tler even. Julius Caesar..

Should go search for it again. Repost.gif

Well you obviously exist, just not in the way we generally believe ourselves to exist.
We see ourselves as independently existing. We sense a me and an everything else. It's only the labelling mind that creates the sense of independence. No indepwndentlybexisting 'I' can be found. * +

So we are a sum of all our past experiences.

There is no 'i'. Who has the thoughts in your head?
Without the thoughts would there be a thinker?
The idea that there is a thinker of thoughts is just another thought. * +
