So those on Death Row, they also go to heaven, prior to death they must repent

Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses.. they also go to heaven because of Christ as the object of their faith.
If not, no heaven
BUT,

There's still the
White Throne Judgement seat of Christ
For Muslims, people who never got to hear the Gospel.. the deceived

They are judged on their works and merit

So live a good life if you don't believe in the Gospel
