Mark 16 also says belief will make you immune to poison. I dare ya. * +

uh yes
for those that have belief in something beyond themselves, that makes perfect sense. if you don't however, doesn't matter what comparison or argument is made, it'll sound ridiculous * +

What rubbish. How can anyone believe evil angels are more likely to exist than ghosts? * +

for a believer its easy, see the cultural construct of ghosts has an ambiguity about it, they're sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes whatever, do they have power, what's the source, what's the extent, what's their intent, what's the actual physical form of such entities, are they human like dearly departed or are they just indescribable abstracts,
the answers to such questions are literally anyone's guess, since culture puts them all over the place, this uncertainty breeds an uneasy state of affairs concerning them to someone that believes in the beyond
HOWEVER, the Biblical description of fallen ergo evil angels, settles immediately each and every one of those questions.. bottomline being they're evil in a battle against the Living God by attacking His creation, with intent to deceive, steal, kill and destroy, as such Keep and Stand your Guard, in Christ Jesus. * +

For you, as a non believer, its understandably ridiculous, but i suppose may help to offer a parity of reasoning to it.
guessing you buy into that whole evolution we evolved from apes stuff, something you're well aware we believers, view as equally ridiculous.
the norm for you is to chide us by claiming we didn't evolve from apes, we evolved from an ape-like ancestors, common ancestory.
thing is it doesn't matter which ever way you try to spin it, the evolution basis of the argument is all the same ridiculous, just as your perception of our basis of a Deity belief * +
