destined to fail, but the intent to cause carnage was there. Instead of upholding their appeal, their sentence should be seen as the benchmark for future trials. * +

I think they were doing a comparison with Ian foreman.. in my opinion this sentence should be a bench mark for ALL terrorist/ proposed terrorist attacks in your area * +
