it is possible if u uderstand that it doesn't mean forgettin it in the actual sense of the word... it means to let go of anger, hate, if only's, lettin go of the thoughts of if it didn't happen, acceptin it happened, acceptin u can't undo or change it... it means lettin go of hate, anger, even pain, not wantin revenge, it however doesn't mean lettin the person back in ur life again. * +

it does not however mean u don't want justice, ie if someone shot u, hurt a loved one, it means justice must still be served, justice nd revenge are 2 separate things. justice is when nd if u broke the law u suffer the consequences... that is also to save anyone else from being criminally harmed. * +
