Define intelligent?....we can only define the word within our own definition of the very word itself though.Ask yourselves this,do you honestly think or believe that we're as intelligent as it gets?,because if the answer happens to be yes then humanity as a whole is already a lost cause so why would anything higher than us even bother spending their time and effort upon such a lost cause..... * +

were talkin about billions of years humans are just a tiny speck of dust in comparison how do u know mars or earth or any or planet didnt just end up here anything is possible

If we look at how long it took for life on earth to evolve, than to the human species to be where it is now, I don't think if ever there was life on mars, they didnt have time to fly to earth... * +

Also a good argument and a very probably fact that we have access to advanced technology but the question remains where did the technology originate from?2,000 years of civilisation and only within the last 70 years or so have we advanced expenantially from using horses and carts to space exploration.......it's obvious something helped us with a push in the right direction.
