A bit of scanning over various websites make claims it is 50,000yrs old. Nothing to back that up. The claims that it is related to Atlantis, not backed up. The reason why is because the hieroglyphics are etched into the Emerald. This means that dating how old the writing is you will get the exact same results as dating the emerald itself. The 1st mentions of Thoth dont go back more than 4000yrs. Its translation is also anything but special * +
