God didnt flood it to 'remove evil' as such, he flooded it as a punishment to seperate the beleivers from the unbeleivers. He ordered Noah (peace be upon his soul) to build the ark on dry land. Those who beleived accepted his call trusted him and boarded the ship. Those who rejected his call ridiculed him and the beleivers. After enough was enough God brought down the rain. And thus was a lesson for entire humanity to come...so the point of flooding was not to remove evil, for the battle between evil and truth shall remain till the last day. The point was to make a distinct seperation through a test after the non beleivers had transgressed the limits.

clearly says in the bible that god wanted to get rid of humans cause they were full ofwickedness and there hearts full of evil. so the devil achieved what he wanted and won. god cracked the s**ts and killed everyone except noah the drunk and family. * +

The habitual tradition of god is to give respite untill a nation transgresses beyond the limits. After that a new group are handed the test. Drowning the nation of noah was not to wipe out humankind to be done with them for good, hence the ark. This cycle of opportunity to obedience, respite for the disobeidient and punishment for the transgressors, and replacing them will remain till the day of reckoning. * +

Why did God flood the earth to remove evil? It didn't work! Evil came right back, God should have known that would happen! So why did He bother?

Its very obvious dat u knw more than God.. May be u shld take over from him * +

and how many times has this happened giving that it says in the bible that god will never wipeout man again after the flood. * +

Isn't it a bit harsh that god is inflicting this weather on Christians too? I'm not religious, I don't care, but i'm clever enough to live at the top of a hill. A village close to me is flooded, they're in a little valley and their cute little streams have swollen over their fireplaces. Seems a bit odd that the little Christian village is flooded and us atheists are perfectly okay.

Maybe it was the devil flooding the place. Or maybe god just got beaten by the people who built the balancing lakes.. * +
