in our belief babies are dedicated but not baptized. it isnt until they understand baptism and can make the choice for themselves. we call it the age of accountability which can be any age depending on the person * +

Christenin is for children, where water is dripped on their heads, baptism is for adults, or rather those old enough to understand what being reborn is, they are dunked under water... different churches belief in different things. * +

children should be left to make their own minds up yes... but if it is the parents belief that babies must be christened, why not? it is not harmful in anyway shape or form. * +
