6th day of people on strike there,just wanting a decent wage,working conditions etc etc.they have the lowest minimum wage there in the world,working conditions are often horrific and they often have to work something like 120 hours a week * +

All that to make dirt cheap clothing for westerners and sometimes not so cheap clothing.Would love to see a fairtrade type system so these people could get a decent wage * +

No they won't get the same wages as in the west, but strikes and international spotlight and attention can help, as have happened with Nike Gap apple etc * +

There is nothing wrong with big corporations exploiting cheap labour in third world countries, if and provided the wages they pay out can sustain their their living expenses, which shouldn't be hard considering its a lot cheaper, * +
