I'm going to try TENS therapy for two years. Can take up to 6 months to see complete resolution of symptoms and the extra 1 1/2 years to reinforce neuroplasticity.

Ordered a 5 year supply of electrodes and three TENS therapy units online with last of my money. Getting off Shein and another supplier. I have to use it daily on nerve roots s2-s3, s3-s4 and s36. Roboclinic.ai very helpful as well as yeschat and Google Gemini. Bing Copilot not much help. * +
