this is my opinion so yours may differ

a pastors job is not to control, demand, dictate, rule. a pastors job is to teach, guide, show by example, pray, and chastise with love.

a pastors hope is not that you do as he wants but as the word of GOD says

a pastor makes it about him and his authority more than GOD and HIS authority then that pastor failed and is decieving the flock about who the true SHEPHERD is. * +
