Did I choose to be born in this Earth? Did I ask Him to give me life and let me taste death? Nope, none of it, all of this was enforced upon me supposedly...And I'm going to be judged by this benevolent being at the end of the day, and if I do not please this all merciful and all great being enough, I will burn in hell for eternity with a legion of demons... Yes, forever and ever, a never-ending torment. * +

Yes, yes, very cliche topic, but here is a quote by Northie ''Question is if you are even worth worshipping Him. Every atom in your body was made by Him. He keeps that atom together. He created the water you mostly consist of and desperately need. He sustains the food chain you utilize. He created the oxygen you desperately need. So, even if you live and work for Him he provides everything needed for that. So you deserve nothing, nada, zero, niks'' * +

So he supposedly gave me all of this... without choice, without even considering whether we want this so called precious gift of life, yet we must without any doubt be grateful, because hey, he let us breathe so then He can finally judge us whether we are worthy enough to enter his domain or perish in hell for eternity... I'm supposed to be grateful for all this? * +

I was having a conversation with my mother, I had been suffering from this mild depression. I'm told to turn to God so He will save me and help cure me. So I ask her, what about you? Am I better than you in the eyes of God? Because frankly she prays for me everyday and absolutely nothing at all happened. Why is that? Will God listen to me and not her? And something good happens, God is to be grateful for! Oh praise the almighty! * +

But when bad things happen, why do you not feel the need to spit on the face of this being? Why is this perceived as a 'test' or something of that sort? If I use up most of my life to establish a business, why must I be grateful to God? The answer I usually get is that he gave you the necessary 'equipments' needed to be successful such as my body parts, my mind and so on. * +

So then those deprived of limbs, those who suffer from insanity or children born with AIDS etc etc were not given those 'equipments' at all. Was God not just? So why should they be grateful to God? Why must we break our sweat, work our b*tt off, and give all the credit to God? Please tell me because I'm very confused. * +

well, no one is forcin u to be grateful or to live further.. sounds cruel but it is what it is. of course i am not sayin off urself, i am just sayin, right here nd now, we are here coz we want to be. even those who say they don't are here nd that says more than words. u are either grateful or u aren't, ur choice. * +

i hear, see nd get ur point abt ppl who are born into pain, illness nd poverty etc... but then again, i don't believe that we are born coz we were meant to be etc. we are born coz 2 ppl had sex, whether forced sex or not.. we are born because of other ppls actions, needs nd wants. * +
