there was an article in my local paper by a lady with an epileptic child,she wanted to spread awareness,she sed that a lot of ppl just stare.i cudnt work out why ppl wud be staring at an epileptic as i didnt think it was noticeable unless theyre havin a fit.if a baby was havin a fit,sumone had called 999 n the parents were giving cpr i dont see wat else anyone cud do.the hanging around n 'staring' wud be concern,surely *
