So here I'm not going to criticize, I'm genuinely interested in the difference between the two and how the Sharia was written and by who? I'm sure the Qu'ran was the basis of its contents? * +

Its a legal and moral code that is comprised from both Quran and hadith. There isnt any definitive form of shariah as it varies culturally. I think it was created after Muhammads death as well and was devised by the first Caliphs. Not massively sure about that though and cant check as Im not at home to check. * +
