our brains are also really good at excusing, or justifying our behaviour or beliefs, which we see a lot of in here lol, so if we believe something, say a superstition for example, then our brains are busy trying to make it logically real, and work out what the rules to it are, because it feels real. We are always trying to recreate feelings by doing and thinking things that we think led to that feeling before. * +
