why didnt u meantion this verse from chapter 21 Surah Al-Anbiyah' (The Prophets) 30. Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were joined together as one united piece, then We parted them? And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?

Again, your source not mine. * +

And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with stars and have made (from) them what is thrown at the devils and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.

Stars maybe pretty to look at but space is certainly no heaven, if hell were a real place it would be up in the 'heavens' . What is this nearest heaven? * +

really? the ppl who believed this; The ancient Greeks believed that every day, Apollo, the god of the sun, would ride a chariot a across the sky, pulling the sun behind him.

That was Horus, from Egypt. * +

yh it is, it says each in an orbit so the moon has an orbit so does the sun

Cyber. the moon orbits... The sun ROTATES about its OWN AXIS.... ING big difference. Would it harm soooo bad just to admit the Al-Qu'ran has a few glitches here and there? *
