I don't think you can really take the position and say that person deserves to be punished. Being a paedphile is no crime and It's a disorder like he said, but being a Child Molester is a crime 'cause you have finally acted on your fantasies in real life. People often don't differentiate between the two, many people genuinely try to seek help because of their disorder. * +

Its very easy. Ask the victims if they feel/felt any different compared to whether its a disorder or a criminal act. Personally I've never bought this psycho - babble mental disorder BS, but even if it is true, then its just an irrelevant point to me. Punish them all severely, extremely severely. * +
