these are fictional characters i am about to make up to get a point across mr. slackalittle was pulled over by officer rightroad. the officer asked to see his licence and registration, officer rightroad let mr. slackalittle know that he had made an illegal turn. so mr. slackalittle told the officer that it was legal to make a right hand turn even if a light was red unless traffic was coming. * +

yes said the officer this is true but only at stop lights that are clearly marked, this intersection it is not marked as such. mr. slackalittle wanting to avoid a ticket first tried to humor the officer by joking, when that did not work he started to accuse the officer of being unfair and making judgement that he intentionally disobeyed the law, because if he wasnt he would not be giving him a ticket nor lecturing him on the law concerning right hand turns * +

so i ask was the officers words and actions proof he was passing judgement or was he merely passing knowledge about the law on to someone else? and was his actions that of someone who was passing judgement or was he merely doing what was neccessary to inform and educate others so that they can benefit from the laws that are set up * +

its a fictional story i just made up. but the right on red as we call it is a law here. actually i got the story a little backwards when you cannot turn on red then it is marked. part of my dyslexia i guess i sometimes tend to say things backwards then have to correct myself. * +
