if you are in america you can turn right if the red light is on . if there is a sign saying so. the rules/law of the road have nothing to do with religion . its for safety. but if you want you can interpret as such * +

If the light is RED you stop and cant turn right or left until the GREEN arrow points to the direction you are going, the oncoming traffic still has right away tho so you hav to wait in middle of road to turn right tho. So what was the question again pw? By the way its lovely to see you again

You don't need a green light to turn on red in my state. As long as there is no traffic coming and its not marked otherwise. Hi kristy * +

asi would have to check the stats on right on red accidents but tbh havent heard of any. *
