Do u feel that this term is over used when it comes to committin crimes? I kno that ptsd, pnd etc exist nd are real nd can nd do lead to crimes being committed.. But are these nd other disorders been so over used as excuses or rather reasons for crimes that it is doin injustice to those who really suffer from it? * +
