Murder is wrong in all cases. I don't know why you're using the wrong word.
Murdering someone because of disagreement is of course different from killing someone so many others can live. I never said 'kill'. I said 'murder'.

I'm well aware of the legal distinctions between murder and kill and as such my point still stands. * +

as a puppet for someone else or for yourself though? if you was asked to murder someone on someone elses behalf for what they think is right, would you be happy to do it? just curious..

Depends on the situation, can't really say either way unless it actually happens. * +

Aren't we judged by our actions? There shouldn't be an If question here.
And NO, there's a right and wrong. It doesn't have to be a religious or societal right or wrong but there definitely is. * +

Behold, here is my daughter a maiden, and his concubine; them I will bring out now, and humble ye them, and do with them what seemeth good unto you: but unto this man do not so vile a thing. But the men would not hearken to him: so the man took his concubine, and brought her forth unto them; and they knew her, and abused her all the night until the morning: and when the day began to spring, they let her go. (Judges 19:24-25) *
