Buying with intrest is the similar as renting to own, just removing the word intrest (usury). In most cases renting to own costs much more than buying with intrest. With buying on intrest there is less protection as the goods may depreciate faster than what u owe, hence a deposit is needed. With renting to own, u dont own the goods until the payment period is over, this may be safer if u default but usually costs more and u cannot sell the goods to recover money to pay off the item and have a *
