there are 3 things that can make all sins washed away 1) Repentance (Hijrah or Regrets sincerely n pledge to do good) 2) Hajj Mabrur. 3) Reverting to Islam. * +

when a person Revert to Islam n Repented n also do good, all their pass sins even made as rewards...to them. thats How Allah SWT replaced them to have even multiple rewards. for the sincere ones ofcuz. :)- Subhan Allah. :) * +

Thats not what Al Nisa 119 is about. There is no way that can be applied to tattoos. The Gods Creation being referred to is his authority and how he doesnt forgive the worship of others. The vain desires arent personal vanity but Satan leading them to pagan worship and ritual such as slitting the ears of cattle. Their worship will all be in vain. *
