but Mab we are only people bestowed with a free will, we could have our individual differences, meaning I could be faithful to my spouse yet I'm addicted to drugs and I don't show love to my parents, isn't it a tad bit harsh to throw a person in hell for not following the things you mentioned above fully I assume It's hell if not heaven lol * +

i get what u'r saying, well harming urself it's a bad thing because it's bad for u, and by hurting urself u'r hurting ur spouse but it's not so bad as robbing or killing... * +

i believe the sufferance we get here on earth is part of the price we have to pay not to suffer in the afterlife, esp that sufference which is not karma and is not the result of what we do to ourselves... the karma like of sufference we also get so not having to pay for it in the afterlife, i heard the afterlife sufference is nothing like what we get here but idk... it's tough here too, sometimes we wonder how we had the strength to get thru some rather atrocious situations is it? * +

yes, but we don't really know the situations or circumstances that lead to a person being addicted to drugs, there could be wide variety of reasons I'm not justifying drug abuse, I'm merely stating some people are addicted and they want to get out of it and want to go to heaven too I think It isn't always so easy to get out of a powerful addiction even if you go to a rehab, It's more complicated than it seems * +

if some1 really wants to go to heaven, eventho they r smthn addicts they will be good to other ppl, to animals, and thru their other deeds they will have the heaven gate opened, and if they r a bad temper but they still want to go up there, they aknowledge what they are and feel disgusted and sorry for it and their deep sufferance will lead them there... * +
