i was watching a programme about funerals in britain and i was appalled at a muslim one. the women, including the widow were not allowed to go any where near the deceased to say goodbye and they were not allowed to stand next to the grave during burial * +

and had to sit right at the back of the building during the service. how inhuman. at least christian burials allows all to be equal and for ALL not just the males to pay their respects. having read some the pap on here about how good islam is, ermmm, nup i think not. we are an equal society guys in britain.and yup it IS stayin that way!!! * +

no wonder the good 'british' muslims dont like english and christian folk to know how they conduct their funerals. i would say plenty plenty sexism n facism to hide there!!!!! * +

have it ur way...but to say we have no last time for respect is wrong. we do have, n some can go to the burial aswel. just not encourage cuz during the burial, therel be lots of men doing the work n process. after that, we can still come to pay respect again n we get to pay respect in the mosque too just before the burial. * +

poppyc*ck kek, the widow in the programme was told blatantly she could not go to the side of here deceased husbands grave because,,,,she is a woman. this is britain. not pakistan or arabia etc. women have EQUAL rites to men here,,,,,and muslims say they are fitting in????? * +

we too pay our last Respect during the Prayers of the Deceased. many Last Respects we have. * +

and no im not racist, but i do believe when ur living in a country their legal laws should stand. looks to me like the muslims pick n choose which laws they wish to follow in britain. i felt so sorry for her, she was truly heartbroken, and very angry. bless her! * +
