yes, that's one case, but on the other hand there are many cases in which innocent people are framed, if you apply death sentence in this situation you'd have to do it in the other case too. * +

besides a woman would have to be insane to level a case of false r*pe.. with the kind of intense cross examination she has to face n where the entire incident is repeated and all kind of uncomfortable and humiliating questions asked

not necessarily insane, there are various reasons really. *
