I think one can't be owner of land in uk but can construct on it or use it for any other purpose. queen remains owner of land and you pay her rent of land every month in shape of tax. correct me if i'm wrong people

You mean land rates or council taxes? That money is used by councils for essential services such as garbage collections maintain roads and parks cleaning and other local services the council provides, the queen doesn't get a cent of it * +
