meditating yeah...then i remembering there is chocolate in the cupboard pops into my head, or i forgot to hang up the washing * +

then the meditating well gets ruined and i fill up with anger cause i cant get the lid off the chocolate pot to dip my sticks in 
cannae open it, i should pray for someone to help me
