i was told someone can perform it over the internet. but another person said there has to be witnesses and the officiating minister has to be physically there and it needs to be documented. which i agree with the latter just not sure how to handle it if thats not possible. also there is the issue of if there is no tub or pool or body of water only a shower in their home. my faith believes in submersion but if thats not a possibility will an alternative suffice? * +
