i read about a woman once who lost her son she was so angry she demanded someone bring him back to life, she went to priests, witch doctors etc and the all sent her to the buddha saying they can help u. the buddha said 'go to every door in every villiage and ask for mustard seeds then come back and il help u, but at every door ask if they too have suffered loss' she took the dead child to every door asking what he said * +

and at every door she found that everyone had suffered loss, a child, parent partner, he anger started to drift away and she let the child go when she realised she was not alone and that we all have to suffer it for death is part of life. Think it was a dalai lama book i read it in. made sense * +

When u loose a loved one u will go through diffrent stages. U are aloud to be angry. Just always remember u are not alone. * +

Don't deny ur anger, its ok, scream, swear, cry, fight, it is ok, u are human... When the pain subsides, when acceptance creeps in, the faith will come back. Just grieve for now nd don't deny ur anger or ur pain hug * +
