Kai needs an operation to help him walk. it can only be done in the U.S.A. and will cost 60,000 GBP. we had twins recently that went through this, and are now walking. * +

There's a site that might be able to help named indiegogo, people browse to donate to causes, some causes do quite well. I'm don't know the nuts and bolts of setting up a particular cause, but it's an option for his family. * +
