According to the Hadiths and the history of Islam, Muhammad quoted the Quran to his followers who then scribbled them on leafs and animal bones. So the Quran was actually penned by his companions. Problem being the Hadiths also show Muhammad forgot and memorizers died and no Quran existed until well after Muhammad's death. The Quran was formed from the memories of mere men who forgot and disagreed on what should be included. * +

A goat ate parts memorizers died and when all was said and done there were six, SIX codices of the Quran. Uthman the third Caliphate has a Quran made and has these originals burned. So what is left should be a Uthmn/Zayed Quran... but actually there is no original Uthman either the oldest Quran, written in kufic script is late 8th century and is an incomplete Quran, it is roughly one third of a Quran * +

see the problem i have with christianity , judeasm and islam is once you get down to the root of it there all reliant on a bunch of people so un important there not mentioned ! these blokes who we have no idea about , who they were what they were like how trust worthy or compitant they were at some point these guys went hmmmm il jot this down best way i can remember ....... * +

i know religion and sicence dont see eye to eye but its a bit anoying when religious people go ahhh well the origin of the spices by Charles darwin well its just a theory you know....... well imagine if it was ''oh erm Darwin didnt wright it oh no see he told some one who told some one else then told hes grandson who when he grew up and was old and everyone else was dead he told hes hairdresser who.... well yeah the hairdresser wrote it down and published it couple hundred years later * +
