May african christians still follow traditional practices which contradicts with the bible. As the bible says 'No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. ' Matthew 6:24. * +

it's human impossible to rip thousands erm billions of years of traditions from those people. They embraced christianity cuz they were given priests and pastors to preach to them, cuz they were told is the way to heaven and maybe cuz they like it but most of them can't be straight christians... God will know what to do wit them, they are somewhere in the middle and we're not the ones to judge. We can at least pray. * +
