titan mite be perfect for life billion years from now 
. then we have dawinian evolutuion thats likely a law of life meaning challenging changing enviroment forces a need to evolve. with out harshness you dont need to develope legs or eyes to get by. the more advanced a species is the tough time it's had existing . So if a planet didn't have tectonic plates , volcanic activity , a slow burning Sun and was miles from asteroids then life there could be sustained billions of years old * +

we could get there looking for life thats ..... slime , single cell slime because why waste energy advanceing ..... but if we found life thats advanced then watch out because its spent the last few million years dodging sharp teeth , explosions and christ knows what to be on the ball and now tjere ready for us
