Are all children innocent? At what age is a child accountable for their actions? I believe all children are born innocent, I don't believe that they are born into sin or with sin... But til what age is a child an innocent? From what age are they held accountable for their own wrong doings? Accordin to u that is. * +

I think 16 and abover..under that age the society and people around would still can effect his actions..when hes older he will choose a way..it would either be good or bad.. * +

Yes, all children are innocent and It depends on the maturity level of each person, It varies.. so there can't be a specific age but most people go with 18. * +

little Jamie's murderes were 2 children, are they innocent? we have kids rapin kids here, are they innocent? a 13 or 14 yr old girl from a well to do family murders her sister, she makies it look like an intruder got in, even made sure that she herself was hurt, is she innocent? * +

bear in mind that some have mental issues... also some are so high that u can't talk them down, u can't reason or plea with them... u can't fight them coz a 14 yr old thug can have the strength of an adult man. * +
