He has made it legal 2 execute Americans without trial and he has expanded secret surveillance on his own citizens. He has preserved the CIA's kidnappings and abductions neatly termed as 'renditions' and his promise 2 close down guantanamo bay has not been fulfilled, already reaching the end of his 4th term.
