The Quran is simple with regards to this if they turn and turn and turn again their judgment is with God.... so who are we to judge? we can guide the person but thats it... as someone stated there is no compulsion in religion even if the truth is clearly distinct from error. * +

Converting, reverting from one faith to another, should be up to the individual. He/she should be respected for his/her choice of faith. At the end of the day, we are just mere mortals. * +

Converting only makes sense if done out of conviction in the beliefs of the faith you intend to join. Not necessarily because you believe your current religion is bad or some people following it are bad. Dissatisfaction with your current religion should only translate into leaving it, not necessarily jumping on another one.
