Wondering if any christians could explain why simon isnt mentioned as a messiah when his story is the same as jesus, and died when jesus would have been only 1 year old. and that john taught jesus that story. history would suggest jesus simply ripped off simon * +

saw a documentary about simon when i was 11. And never heard anyone mention him after that until you made this topic. the scriptures gave a date when the messiah would come. If he came when Jesus was 1 then i think Simon came at the wrong time. * +
