Ok as I under stand it reactor four is a 50/50 chance of going in Japan . This is such big news it's kept out of the news . Basically there runing out of technology to maintain it as temperatures and radiation levels keep rising . If another small earthquake should happen then the cooling pools will empty the rods become open air fire balls and China , Korea, Philippines and Indonesia become the cancer capitals of the world .
