What was it about then that made people so impressionable ? I mean if Dave (40) west midlands said the angle Gabriela just explained he was made at the dawn of time and is a prophet come to tell everybody how to live properly ? Or Jane (16) Somerset said she's about to have the child of god ....... You would have em locked up ! Why did it work back then ? * +

I think its fair enough that Dave (40) and Jane (16) fooled the world in their lifetime, but what I would find disgusting is if they claimed to be the last prophet, pulling up the ladder of prophets so no one else can climb, and thus leaving the world stagnant and trapped in the past. * +
