First time found in a comet. Meteors have shown amino acids. Finding it in a comet tail backs heir theory that meteors and comets seed planets * +

The planets had to be formed at one point, also. It could be said that panspermia is part of the process of life, the same way the entire planet came to be over billions of years. Theologically, I wouldn't consider it a smoking gun, more like one of the many dominos. * +

I agree it's apart of the dominos. Panspermia is lookin really good right now. It just makes logical sense that if elements that make up the 20 different amino acids that make life possible are found in comets and asteroids, that life did start outside of earth * +
