Because of my religious beliefs I haven't cut my hair in 6 or 7 yrs. Along with that comes split ends. So I'm constantly trying to find ways to keep my hair healthy without scissors (dying and flat irons probably don't help) but I was recently told that ancient bedouin women used urine from cows? Sheep and camels on their hair to stop split ends. (Question mark on cows because I'm not sure if that's the right animal)

never heard of that being use for hair but urine is used by some ancient people to drink as to cure some ailments ie Asthma n what bozza said but that is gross, only heard it was used here in my country also by the ''Orang Asli'' ways of traditions. fyi Orang Asli are the Ancient people here before Islam times. id suggest u use Lime for treatments of split ends n to make thicker hair n grow healthier hair tho, or Tea leaves, is good too. * +

btw ive cut my hair to half now is slighly above my waist, its a relief... happy lol. *
