i remember when the bid for statehood was denied at the UN and all the excuses given. i really think even if the Palestinians dropped all their requirements for peace and met all the demands of the Israelis, statehood would still be denied. even if they accepted lesser lands, the settlers and everything else it will just never happen unless there is a fundamental shift in power. * +
