Jesus death on the torture stake and resurrection was more than just about proving the resurrection is possible. since our 1st father Adam lost perfect life for us, a perfect HUMAN just like Adam was needed to give wot Adam had lost that's why Jesus had to be a perfect MAN so that the value of his blood, is equal to that of Adam. * +

remember in the old times Israelites had to offer a lamb to be slaughtered by the high priest every yr and its blood was meant to make atonement for their sins. but this didnt fully reconcile them with God that's why they did it every yr... * +

...and so Jesus being the lamb of God gave his blood(life) and at resurrection, as a high priest Jesus could go to heaven and present that perfect life and plead with Jehovah God on behalf of those exercising faith in his sacrifice and help them to get fully reconciled and gain wot our first father lost. everlasting life in perfect conditions. * +
